Pokémon Center Entei, Raikou, Suicune Shiny Plush Campaign 2010
On June 19th 2010, Pokémon Center release an extremely limited campaign - Shiny Legendary Beasts Poké Dolls (featuring Entei, Raikou, and Suicune) stand among the rarest and most legendary holy grails in the entire Pokémon plush collecting hobby. Released exclusively in Japan, these plushies command massive prices on the secondary market today.
The 2010 Shiny Legendary Beasts event distributed special shiny versions of Raikou, Entei, and Suicune to North American players via GameStop. These Generation 4 distributions (for Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver) gave out competitive-level Pokémon holding special items, event-exclusive moves, and the ability to unlock Zoroark in Black and White.
The 2010 Pokémon Center Lottery Campaign
These distinct plushies were never sold normally on store shelves.
The Event:
They were distributed exclusively via a lottery raffle campaign at Japanese Pokémon Center locations in 2010.
The Tie-In:
The campaign celebrated the Japanese theatrical release of the Gen 4 movie, Pokémon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions, which heavily featured the Shiny forms of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.
The Tags:
Please note: the tags are also different in colour variation and feature gold/yellow/orange emphasising the shiny status!
The Insane Odds:
To get a single raffle pull, customers had to spend roughly 2,500 yen. The odds were notoriously brutal—in typical setups, only 2 out of 400 balls pulled from the raffle lottery machine were winning vouchers for a Shiny Poké Doll.
Ultra-Limited Population:
It is widely estimated that only about 150 to 250 units of each beast were won across all of Japan, making them incredibly scarce. This is a conservative estimate, it could well be less than this.

November 20th 2010 Trio Set

Tepig Poké Doll:
Replicates the Fire-type starter with an extra-round chibi body, big floppy ears, and a curly tail topped with its signature yellow ball.
