Pokémon Center 20th Anniversary Merchandise Campaign 2018

From Saturday, August 25th, as part of the Pokémon Center’s 20th Anniversary, a line-up of Pokémon Center exclusive plush will go on sale at all Pokémon Centers and Stores. This release will include every starter from across all 7 generations: Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Mudkip, Treecko, Torchic, Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Oshawott, Snivy, Tepig, Fennekin, Chespin, Froakie, Litten, Rowlet, and Popplio.

Of the list, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Piplup, Litten, Rowlet, and Popplip plushies will be direct re-releases. The other plush will have at least slightly different patterns than previously released plush.

A special lineup of merchandise featuring Shaymin and Pikachu also released for a limited campaign. It included phone case, ART book, A4 clearfile, pin, plush, a life-size Shaymin plush, calendar figurine, limited Clock Figurine that was made-to-order also released.

Pokémon Center 'ULTRA BEAST' Merchandise 2018

On Saturday, March 24th, merchandise inspired by Ultra Beast (UB) and its world will appear at the Pokémon Center! From the Alola region, the protagonist and the Ultra Survey Team go to investigate their respective UB worlds. I ...... simply overwhelmed by the state of the completely different world and the bizarre appearance of the UB that inhabits it. Merchandise depicting scenes of epic adventures will take you to a new world of adventure!

The elaborate plush toys that reproduce the characteristics of each UB can be made into any pose you like, with some hands and legs moving freely! In addition, there are many practical goods such as rucksacks and multi-smartphone covers.

Fascinated by the charm of UB, let's get a full range of special goods dedicated to all fans!

Pokémon Center meets 'KAREL ČAPEK' Tea Shop 2018

First collaboration with Karel Čapek Tea Shop, a tea specialty store founded in 1987! On Saturday, February 24th, tea and merchandise will appear at the Pokémon Center!

The image illustrations depicted on the tea packages and goods are drawn by Shiko Yamada, the owner and taster of Karel Čapek Tea Shop and a popular creative director. It's a nice illustration of Pikachu and his friends happily preparing for a tea party in a soft atmosphere.

This is the first time that tea will be sold at the Pokemon Center. There are two types of tea: Earl Grey Classic, which is popular at Karel Čapek Tea Shop, and decaffeinated tea, which is recommended for those who do not like caffeine.

In addition, there are teapots, mugs, two-tiered cake stands, and other goods that are perfect for entertaining. Join Pikachu and his friends and enjoy the atmosphere of the tea party!

■ Karel Čapek Tea Shop: Founded in 1987, this tea specialty store celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2017. With its main store in Kichijoji, Tokyo, the company makes products from leaves to tea bags with a focus on both freshness and design.

The owner and taster, Shiko Yamada, herself selects tea leaves at a tea garden in Sri Lanka during the season without compromise. It is characterized by the selection of seasonal teas with clear and vigorous characteristics of each production area, and the freshness of the tea is delivered as it is. From the selection of black tea to the preservation of freshness, flavoring, and package design, the speedy creation of products with a sense of urgency that keeps the points in mind is well established in the tea industry.
